Job description

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Candidates should be able to generate leads for our beauty services, bridal makeup, spa, hair cut, mehndi, menicure, pedicure and should be able to present and convince CXO level employees in the organization. It is better to have links in the other organization which can help you to kick start in the current role. Else, candidate should have knowledge about the local market from where they can generate the leads.

Responsibilities

Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand Maintain existing business. Think critically when planning to assure project success

Qualifications

Under Graduate, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Candidates having Inter, BA, B.Sc from premier institution would be given priority) 1 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience & beauty service for the big clients.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies Focused and goal-oriented candidates. No candidates from Retail sales background would be considered.
